The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and hands-on experience at construction sites.Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.Interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring the accuracy of site execution.Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.Plan and schedule work activities, manpower, and resources efficiently.Inspect site conditions to determine appropriate construction methods.Ensure materials used and work performed meet quality standards.Maintain records of daily site activities, progress, and project issues.Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and problems that may arise.Ensure site safety regulations are strictly followed.Liaise with local authorities for site inspections and permits, as requiredFamiliarity with surveying tools and techniques.Experience in infrastructure, road, or commercial/residential building projects.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintBased on-site with regular travel between project locations.Requires wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

The candidate should have good communication skills, project handling skills, quality checking, bill certification, AutoCAD knowledge, good MS Knowledge(MS Word, MS Excel, MS power point etc)

Quality & Safety ManagementMaintain quality checks at every stage of work.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor safety measures on site.Conduct regular inspections and rectify deviations immediately.3. Material & Resource ManagementMonitor material consumption and ensure minimum wastage.Raise material requirements in advance to avoid project delays.Verify delivery, quantity, and quality of materials received at site.4. Coordination & CommunicationAct as a bridge between the project manager, design team, and site team.Attend site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.5. Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily site reports, progress trackers, and manpower logs.Prepare and submit measurement sheets for billing verification.Track project timelines and escalate delays to the project manager.6. Cost & Timeline ControlMonitor site expenses and ensure adherence to budget.Work towards reducing rework and optimizing resources.Support project manager in achieving milestones within defined timelines.

Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories. Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions. Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews. Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods.
