Walk-Ins Interview Hiring For Site Engineer

1. Project Execution & Site Supervision

Ensure timely execution of site activities as per project schedule.

Supervise all on-site works including civil, MEP, interior fit-outs, and finishing works.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

2. Quality & Safety Management

Maintain quality checks at every stage of work.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor safety measures on site.

Conduct regular inspections and rectify deviations immediately.

3. Material & Resource Management

Monitor material consumption and ensure minimum wastage.

Raise material requirements in advance to avoid project delays.

Verify delivery, quantity, and quality of materials received at site.

4. Coordination & Communication

Act as a bridge between the project manager, design team, and site team.

Attend site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports, progress trackers, and manpower logs.

Prepare and submit measurement sheets for billing verification.

Track project timelines and escalate delays to the project manager.

6. Cost & Timeline Control

Monitor site expenses and ensure adherence to budget.

Work towards reducing rework and optimizing resources.

Support project manager in achieving milestones within defined timelines.
