1. project execution & site supervision

ensure timely execution of site activities as per project schedule.

supervise all on-site works including civil, mep, interior fit-outs, and finishing works.

ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.

coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

2. quality & safety management

maintain quality checks at every stage of work.

ensure compliance with safety regulations and monitor safety measures on site.

conduct regular inspections and rectify deviations immediately.

3. material & resource management

monitor material consumption and ensure minimum wastage.

raise material requirements in advance to avoid project delays.

verify delivery, quantity, and quality of materials received at site.

4. coordination & communication

act as a bridge between the project manager, design team, and site team.

attend site meetings and update stakeholders on progress.

coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.

5. documentation & reporting

maintain daily site reports, progress trackers, and manpower logs.

prepare and submit measurement sheets for billing verification.

track project timelines and escalate delays to the project manager.

6. cost & timeline control

monitor site expenses and ensure adherence to budget.

work towards reducing rework and optimizing resources.

support project manager in achieving milestones within defined timelines.
