1.Supervise and monitor daily site construction 2.coordinate with contractors ,subcontractors and suppliers3. Review project, drawing, plans and specifications.4. ensure compliance with designs, quality and safety standards.5. Prepare daily and weekly site progress report. 6. Handle site documentation including material records. work order and inspection report7. Assist in resolving any unexpected technical issues or challenges

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable mannerConduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specificationsAssess potential risks, materials and costsProvide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficienciesOversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholdersHandle over the resulting structures and services for useMonitor progress and compile reports in project statusManage budget and purchase equipment/materials
