As a Control Panel Wireman, You Will Be Responsible for Assembling, Wiring, and Testing Electrical Controlpanels According to Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Customer Specifications. You Will Workwith a Variety of Electrical Components, such as Switches, Relays, Circuit Breakers, Plcs (programmablelogic Controllers), Hmis (human-machine Interfaces), and other Control Devices. Your Role is Crucialin Ensuring that Control Panels are Built Accurately, Safely, and in Compliance with Relevant Codes Andstandards.panel Assembly: Assemble Control Panels Based On Engineering Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, Andcustomer Requirements. this Involves Mounting Electrical Components Onto Back Panels or Enclosures,such as Control Relays, Terminal Blocks, Contactors, Transformers, and Power Supplies.wiring: Perform Electrical Wiring of Control Panels, Following Established Wiring Diagrams Andschematics. Properly Route, Terminate, and Connect Wires and Cables to Ensure Correct Functionality Andelectrical Safety.testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct Functional Testing of Assembled Control Panels to Verifyproper Operation and Adherence to Specifications. Troubleshoot and Resolve Any Wiring or Componentissues, Ensuring that all Panels Meet Quality Standards Before Delivery
