MEP Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Site Engineer with 3 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in civil engineering and will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:1. **Project Oversight**: Manage day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring that they comply with design specifications and safety standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors and labor teams to ensure timely project completion.2. **Technical Support**: Provide technical advice and support to team members. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications, ensuring all work is executed accurately.3. **Quality Control**: Monitor construction work to maintain high standards of quality. This includes conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure materials and workmanship meet project requirements.4. **Reporting**: Prepare daily reports on site progress and any issues encountered. You will communicate updates to project managers to facilitate timely decision-making.5. **Site Safety**: Enforce safety protocols on-site to protect the welfare of all workers and comply with local regulations. Ensure that workers are trained in safe practices related to construction work.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to address challenges that may arise during construction. A thorough understanding of construction methods and materials, along with proficiency in relevant software tools, is required. The candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:This job has 3 mandatory eligibility criteria as follows:1.) Be present at site everyday for inspection of contractor's quality and progress. You are being appointed from Project management Consultant's side. Minimum Site experience (3 years) in building works is mandatory.2.) In-depth knowledge in project management such as preparation of PERT chart, Progress Report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), checking rebars as per GFC drawings and quantity takeoff as per site execution. Previous experience in GFC drawings reading and quality control at site.3.) In-depth knowledge in Quantity surveying and Measurement book (M book) at site. The candidate should be able to travel from his place of Residence to the site at Villupuram by his own bike. (Owning a Bike is mandatory)Other responsibilities include maintaining daily log report, attendance report, progress report and attending client meetings at Chennai whenever necessary.Required Work Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in Site supervising work.Skills:CAD and Excel.Min educational qualification:Diploma in CivilJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: 18,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: In person
