You should be comfortable with basic computer software and have good organizational skills. Strong communication will be necessary to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external partners.An ideal candidate should be a graduate and have a basic understanding of export procedures. You should possess good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address issues that may arise during documentation. A collaborative attitude is important.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:1. Manage end-to-end shipping processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.2. Coordinate with customers directly via calls, emails, or in-person interactions to address their shipment needs and provide exceptional service.3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the invoice team, backend team, container depot, and transportation team, as per the specific requirements of each shipment.4. Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and up to date.5. Proactively identify and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.6. Maintain a high standard of client and team building by fostering positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues.

Floating queries with - overseas agents, shipping lines, local co-loaders etc. for PricingNegotiating best rates with overseas agent, shipping lines.Compiling Rates and Rate sheet circulation with sales team.Provide rates with validity and availability & coordinating for daily queries.
