Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end shipping processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments.

2. Coordinate with customers directly via calls, emails, or in-person interactions to address their shipment needs and provide exceptional service.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the invoice team, backend team, container depot, and transportation team, as per the specific requirements of each shipment.

4. Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and up to date.

5. Proactively identify and resolve any shipping-related issues or delays.

6. Maintain a high standard of client and team building by fostering positive relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
