Role and ResponsibilityCollaborate with the Senior Engineers to create more efficient methods and maintain profitabilityUndertake design project from concept to completionInterpret and translate customer needs into rough plansDevelop the specifications for all equipment that is required for each projectCreate the framework used to develop and monitor project metrics and manage the collection of project dataFormulate realistic parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation proceduresEstablish the methods by which all field tests are administered and develop various ways to monitor the quality of those testsAnalyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraintsEnsure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicalityCreate designs that utilize a variety of materialsPerform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposesCommunicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projectsForecast design and construction time framesInspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly.Required Skills and QualificationsCandidate Must Have Knowledge of Interior & Exterior, Landscaping execution Work. Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces like consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions for Commercial places such as (Hotel, Hospital, College etc)Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.Can Prepare BOQ & Billing by The Drawings. Candidate must be Have well Behaved & Good in Communication, Hard Worker, Honest, Responsible, Punctuality of time & Disciplined.
