Understand and collect the non-functional requirements from different Stakeholders. Experience in creating workload models based on usage patterns and growth projections. Ability to characterize system performance to stakeholders Strong experience in scripting with performance tools. Experience in designing different types of scenarios like Performance, Load, Stress, Scalability, etc. Analyse the test results and produce the reports and present them to the management for key decisions Good understanding of end-to-end application performance monitoring in multi-tier environments. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Capable of understanding products and processes and breaking them down into testing components. Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile development methodology.Required Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer. Minimum 3+ years of Automated testing in Selenium/Java. Minimum BE/BTECH degree in computer science, engineering.
