Designation: Sr. Executive - QA/QC Purely Lab Chemist with minimum 4 - 5 years of experienceQualification: M.Sc. Chemistry/ B.E. Chemical /Diploma in Chemical Engineering Location: Panvel 5+ years experience in QA/QC department in industrial chemicals manufacturing company. Operates, maintains, and tests laboratory equipment; identifies problems when equipment fails and conducts or recommends repairs. Perform in-process and finished product inspections to verify adherence to quality standards. Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Managing activities such as product inspection, internal as well as external audits, regulatory agency inspections etc. Hands-on with quality management system like ISO 9001:2015, ZED etc. Responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining all QA related documents as per QMS in coordination with QC Manager. Maintain and update quality documentation, including specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality manuals. Responsible of handling customer complaints and initiate Product Recall, if required. Take part in audit and surveillances. Maintain records of productions, inspections, quality training and safety. Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the QC manager

Qualification: Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Chemistry from an accredited college or university (Analytical and Applied chemistry preferred.)Job profile : Should be proficient in running Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and Inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP) Through knowledge in making and calibrating the standard solutions. Completes tasks within the allocated time. Should have reasonable knowledge of wet chemistry (Acid-base Titrations ,Redox Titrations ,Precipitation Titrations. ,Complexometric Titrations.) Maintains appropriate documentation (records and lab notebooks) as per the said SOPs. Responsibility to bring all problems (technical) to the attention of the HOD. Operates general analytical instruments during routine testing. Having experience on QA/QC Add on in SAP preferred. General knowledge of computer essential. Should maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.Experience: Minimum 4 -5 year of experience in QA /QC lab out of which Minimum 2 years hand on experience in handling AAS and ICP mandatory.C.T.C.
