Job Title: Senior Marketing ManagerLocation:- JharkhandExperience: Minimum 10 years in healthcare marketing or a related fieldRoles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.Conduct regular field visits to develop referral networks with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, etc.Plan and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with the hospitals goals and KPIs.Prepare and present regular reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.Monitor and analyze performance through systems such as KRA, KPI, and SOP frameworks.Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies to run and evaluate online campaigns.Maintain and update records related to leads, outreach, and conversion tracking via CRM.Build brand awareness in the local market through events, health camps, and targeted outreach.Represent the hospital professionally in community and industry events.Qualification & SkillEducation: Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred)Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and report generationWorking knowledge of CRM software and online marketing platformsFamiliar with KPI/KRA/SOP frameworksLanguage: Must be fluent in Hindi and EnglishMobility: Must have own bike or vehicle and be willing to travel locally for fieldworkSalary - 50k to 60k with CTC
