Baggage Handling:Assist with the safe loading and unloading of passenger luggage onto and from aircraft.Ensure baggage is properly tagged, sorted, and delivered to the correct conveyor or area.Monitor the condition of baggage to ensure it is handled carefully and returned to passengers in good condition.Manage lost or damaged luggage claims and assist passengers in resolving issues.3. Boarding and Gate Operations:Announce flight information at gates and assist with the boarding process.Verify boarding passes and travel documents to ensure compliance with security regulations.Ensure that passengers board the aircraft in an orderly and timely manner.Coordinate with flight crew and other ground staff to ensure efficient and safe boarding and deplaning.4. Ramp Operations:Assist with the safe parking, pushback, and towing of aircraft.Operate ground support equipment such as aircraft tugs, baggage carts, and refueling equipment.Support aircraft servicing by providing ground power, air conditioning, and fueling services.Ensure the timely turnaround of aircraft, assisting with cargo and baggage handling, and preparing the aircraft for departure.5. Safety and Security:Adhere to airport safety protocols and security guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Monitor and manage potential security risks, including checking for unauthorized access to secure areas.Assist with the completion of required safety checks on aircraft and airport facilities.Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, especially during the loading/unloading of cargo and baggage.6.
