We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Manager with at least 2-5 years of experience to oversee and enhance our procurement processes in Gurgaon, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management.Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers. Negotiate terms and ensure that vendor performance meets quality and delivery expectations.- Purchase Order Management: Create and manage purchase orders effectively. Monitor order statuses and maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities to ensure smooth operations.- Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends and pricing data to negotiate advantageous purchasing agreements. Work to minimize costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels by forecasting demand and coordinating with suppliers to meet the needs of the organization. Ensure that stock levels are maintained efficiently to avoid shortages or overstock situations.- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives to upper management. Use data analysis to support decision-making.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a degree and demonstrate solid negotiation abilities. An understanding of supply chain management principles is crucial. Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess purchasing data and market trends. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining supplier relationships. Skills and Experience:- Strong understanding of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and Fusion Field Services (FFS) and their capabilities.- Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules eg. Inventory, Maintenance will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between OFSC/FFS and other applications and developing custom forms in OFSC/FFS application.- Experience with mobile development and configuring mobile solutions for field technicians.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and best practices.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud, Field Service process expertise (scheduling, dispatch, technician tracking), Oracle Cloud ERP integration, Fusion SCM/Procurement/PPM modules, UAT & testing, configuration & troubleshooting, Agile methodology, documentation, and client-facing communication.

5-8 years of experience in the Supply Chain. Any combination of - Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order to Cash (Sell), Costing At least 2 full life cycle implementation experience on cloud Before cloud experience, EBS Supply Chain implementation experience is preferrable Good communication oral and written Should be able to work to cover some amount of US time zone
