Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and drive efficiency.Responsibilities:1. Configure SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Profitability Analysis (PA) in alignment with business processes.2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and design solutions that leverage the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Finance.3. Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including system integration, data migration, testing, and post-implementation support.4. Provide expertise in financial accounting and reporting standards, including IFRS and GAAP, and ensure compliance within SAP FICO solutions.5. Analyze complex business scenarios and recommend best practices and solutions to optimize financial processes and improve decision-making.6. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users to maximize the benefits of SAP S/4HANA Finance.7. Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in SAP S/4HANA Finance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
