We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Finance to manage and support our financial systems through SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) or SAP S/4HANA Finance, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the SAP financial modules.Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and maintain SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to support business requirements.Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.Ensure accurate configuration and integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).Perform month-end and year-end financial close processes and troubleshoot any related SAP system issues.Support financial reporting requirements including balance sheets, P&L statements, and other internal/external reporting.Assist in process improvements and automation of finance-related workflows using SAP tools.Coordinate with internal finance teams and external consultants for SAP updates, enhancements, and audits.Create functional specifications for system developments and enhancements.Provide SAP FICO user support and training across finance departments.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations.Participate in SAP upgrade or migration projects (e.g., from ECC to S/4HANA).Key Requirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology (B.Com, M.Com, CA, MBA preferred)Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience working with SAP Finance (FICO/S/4HANA) in a similar roleTechnical Skills:Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)Experience with SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting)Familiarity with integration points between SAP modulesSAP implementation or migration project experience (a plus)

Review the Sales Companies financial processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP Provides guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices. Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution. Participates in the development of cost/benefit analysis. Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops (Blueprint), assessments, planning sessions i.e. demonstrate leadership experience in project management. Lead a team of Finance specialists onsite and assist in configuring the solution (must have hands-on configuration experience). Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems Ability to perform quality control on the finance portion of an implementation project. Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans. Work with stakeholders such as the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore. Demonstrate cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together. Guide and Mentor other FICO consultants in the SAP team. Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverable; identifies dependencies and resource requirements. Appropriately communicates project status, escalates issues, and manages timelines and action items. Develops proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions. Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance - FI, including GL, AP and Asset Accounting.Work on SAP Group Reporting for financial consolidation, reporting and intercompany elimination.Handle SAP Ariba integration and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Work on SAP Concur integration for travel and expense processes.Integrate SAP FI with other systems using APIs, middleware, SAP PI/PO or SAP BTP.Support integration with legacy systems and assist with data migration and reconciliation.Gather business requirements and convert them into SAP functional/technical solutions.Prepare functional and technical specifications and support testing, UAT and deployment.Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis, including basic ABAP debugging/CDS view analysis.Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closing activities.Support go-live, cutover, hypercare and knowledge transfer activities.Work closely with business, developers, middleware, reporting and other cross-functional teams.Provide L2/L3 production support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.Must-Have Skills7+ years of experience in SAP FICO / SAP S/4HANA Finance.Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI - GL, AP and Asset Accounting.Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal.Experience in SAP Group Reporting.Experience with SAP Ariba integration and P2P processesExposure to SAP Concur and finance integration.Experience with SAP integration using APIs, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP or middleware.Good understanding of financial closing and accounting processes.Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging, CDS Views and BAdIs is preferred.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
