The Draft is an ISO 9001:2015 certified bakery and caf with FSSAI registration. We are looking for a Food Safety & Quality Executive to take charge of our hygiene, safety and quality systems. You will make sure every product leaving our kitchen and bakery meets food safety regulations and our own quality standards.

Candidates should be completed a Safety advance Course with 1/2 Years of Experience solar or Electrical industry & preference Local candidates.

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment at our facility in Sambhaji Nagar, Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in a related field.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Safety Inspections: Regularly inspect work areas and equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.- Implement Safety Policies: Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and minimize workplace accidents.- Train Employees: Provide safety training and guidance to employees to ensure they understand safety practices and procedures.- Investigate Incidents: Analyze any accidents or near misses to determine their cause and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.- Prepare Reports: Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions, and generate reports for management review.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate must have a diploma in safety management or a related field. A strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively train and motivate employees.
