Administrative & ReportingPrepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for senior management.Manage budgets, contracts, and legal documentation related to sales.Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.QualificationsBachelor-s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (3-7 years preferred).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
