Responsibilities:- Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring high levels of customer service- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve overall profitability- Maintaining quality control standards for food and beverage preparation and presentation- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally- Working with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
