Position: Research and Development ManagerIndustry Mobile/ Consumer Electronics & AppliancesLocation Pitampura, New DelhiSalary- 10-12 LacsExperience-Min 4 YearsEducation- B.Tech in Electrical & Electronic & Telecommunication EngineeringJob Description-Good Exp in mobile accessories Research & Development.Product Qualification and testing of new products (Tablet, Chargers and Power bank) and Pass/Hold for mass production.Preparation and release of Work Instruction, Process Flow and SOP (Standard Operating procedure) to production.Solely responsible for discussion with overseas team for running products.Member of Research and development Team for New product (NPD).Handling the team of R&D and Conducting technical training sessions and Team development activities.Technical Testing of new products (charger, Power banks, Bluetooth Technology etc) and make technical report of all products.Implementations quality system as per the regulatory requirements.handling customer complaints by root cause analysis and implementation of preventive actionsHandling Oscilloscope, DC load machine, Triple input Power supply, AC regulator power supply, hipit tester, transformer tester, IR tester, 8-channel battery analyser, multimeter, Micro meter, vernier caliper etcJob Type: Full-time
