Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency.Participate in strategic improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and accuracy.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.24 years of experience in process coordination, quality, or project management roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with process management tools.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational efficiency.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Mandatory SkillsProcess Management Documentation & Reporting Training & Development Quality Assurance MS Office Suite
