Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MIS Executive to manage equipment monitoring, maintain operational records, prepare reports, and ensure timely submission of MIS data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting equipment-related information while coordinating with site teams to ensure accurate and timely updates.Key Responsibilities1. Equipment Monitoring & AnalysisAnalyze the condition, operational status, and performance of each equipment based on the information received.Prepare and share a concise daily analysis/report highlighting equipment status, breakdowns, idle machines, maintenance requirements, and any critical observations.Escalate any abnormalities or operational concerns to the management immediately.2. Daily Logbook & ReportingMaintain an accurate and up-to-date daily logbook for all equipment without exception.Ensure all daily reports are submitted within the specified timeline.3.
