Good Knowledge of loan collections, debt recovery, or related roles within the banking sector is essential. Experience in managing a collections team is preferred. Optimize recovery processes to minimize losses and maximize returns. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recovery process.Coordinate legal actions, including filing cases and liaising with external legal teams. Oversee the evaluation and management of recovery team all over the company. Recovery vendor management, Team leadership,Negotiate with defaulting customers for settlements and repayment plans. Facilitate discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, Documentation and Record Keeping, Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, risk management, and operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the recovery team. Maintain effective communication with defaulting customers to facilitate resolution.Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

RequirementsTo generate leads from the market through various online / offline medium.Very Effective Communications and strong negotiations skills.Identify the ARC / NBFCs foreign funds HNIS interested in funding and resolving NPA accounts.Introducing NCPL to such lenders and creating collaboration with such organization.Preparing teaser form to be shared with fund lenders to generate their interest.Followup with the lenders and taking the discussion upto the stage of sanction / disbursement.Handling team of 2 executives and who will assist in the analysis of financial statements and doing the leg work required.Identifying, dealing and motivating panel associates to generate business.Preparing an internal assessment note about the reasonable doability of the case with explanation.Conducting meeting with the Private / Nationalised Banks / to procure the data of their NPA customers above 10 crores looking for debt resolution.And any such other ancillary activity.Banking Background preferred.Should possess good contacts in banks.
