Urgent Requirement For Recovery Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Recovery Executive based in Mumbai, India, who will be responsible for the recovery of assets, including loans, account receivables, and mortgaged products. The individual must be target-oriented, aiming to consistently meet collection targets on a monthly basis.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Conducting asset recovery: Engage with clients to recover loans, account receivables, and mortgaged products effectively.

- Achieving monthly targets: Work diligently towards meeting and exceeding established collection targets.

- Maintaining client relationships: Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smoother recoveries.

Candidates should possess the following skills and expectations:

- Proven experience in the recovery of assets, with at least 2 to 8 years in a similar role.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, essential for engaging with clients and discussing sensitive financial matters.

- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

- A graduate degree is required, ensuring a foundational level of education for this role.

- The position is full-time and necessitates working from the office, where fieldwork may also be involved.
