Good Knowledge of loan collections, debt recovery, or related roles within the banking sector is essential. Experience in managing a collections team is preferred. Optimize recovery processes to minimize losses and maximize returns. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recovery process.

Negotiate with defaulting customers for settlements and repayment plans. Facilitate discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements, Documentation and Record Keeping, Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, risk management, and operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for the recovery team. Maintain effective communication with defaulting customers to facilitate resolution.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
