This role ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality supplies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supplier Management: Identify and engage with suppliers and vendors for materials, tools, and services required for residential construction projects.Sourcing & Procurement: Research and source products that meet the projects specifications, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company while maintaining project budgets.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure timely procurement of items to avoid delays in construction timelines.Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable and efficient service.Contract Management: Prepare and review procurement contracts and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with project requirements and company policies.Budget Monitoring: Monitor procurement costs and assist in managing procurement-related budgets to ensure financial efficiency.Quality Assurance: Ensure all procured items meet the quality standards required for residential construction, and follow up on returns or exchanges if needed.Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the timely delivery of materials and supplies to ensure that construction schedules are adhered to.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Maintain clear documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, new materials, and cost-effective procurement strategies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the residential or construction industry.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Knowledge of procurement software and tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and service providers.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Problem-solving ability and adaptability.

Roles and responsibilities: Receive calls from the customers through IVR and lodge service complaints in our system. Allocate s calls received from the customers to the respected service managers. Co-ordinate with the service/Sales managers in getting the customers needs met as per the calls and get the calls closed as per TAT. Co-ordinate with the service/sales team to ensure adequate spares are available for field service of assigned calls. Co-ordinating with HO (Head Office) stores for the spare requirements of the customers and ensure the same is being promptly dispatched. Maintain TAT for all calls. Follow up and keep a track of AMC and CMC of the customers with service team. To get feedback from the customers post service closure. TO make report on spares, service, AMC & CMC income. To provide AMC, CMC and warranty lost data. To provide details of delayed calls and engineers performance.
