Key Responsibilities:1. Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects.- The junior engineer civil will work closely with experienced engineers to learn and contribute to the project planning and design process.2. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.- The junior engineer civil will be responsible for visiting construction sites to assess progress, identify issues, and ensure that work is being done according to the project plans.3. Assist in preparing project cost estimates and budgets.- The junior engineer civil will support in creating financial projections for construction projects, including estimating material and labor costs.4. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate and communicate project requirements.- The junior engineer civil will work with various teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure that project milestones are met and expectations are clear.Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes is a plus.

1.Drawing out quantities based on drawings for Civil & MEP. 2.Preparation of Bill of Materials & Bill of Quantities 3.Reconciliation of Quantities 4.Contractor Bill preparation 5.Timely entry of Bills in the ERP System 6.Bill Verification, Bill certification & Bill passing 7.Maintaining Bill tracking & Overdue statements 8.Coordinate Project MIS from Sites 9.Overall in charge for preparation of Project MIS related to project progress, cash flow, Material reconciliation 10.Preparation of Tender documents with close co-ordinations with Civil Department, MEP Department and Architect departments 11.Preparation of Rate Analysis and Cost Analysis for various construction items 12.Preparation of own cost estimates; comparing the bids with our cost estimate. 13.Conduct quality audits of construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations 14.Identify areas for improvement within the construction process and implement effective solutions to improve overall quality and efficiency

Should have knowledge of geotechnical lab testing, material testing.
