This role leads and mentors the quality team, conducts regular audits and inspections at every fabrication stage, identifies non-conformances, and drives corrective and preventive actions to eliminate defects. They collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues, support root cause analysis, and ensure timely delivery without compromising standards. Additionally, the Quality Head liaises with clients, suppliers, and third-party inspectors, prepares quality reports, and ensures adherence to safety and environmental regulations, ultimately safeguarding the companys reputation for delivering high-quality steel fabricated structures.

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes through process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process management techniques.
