Train and mentor Back Office staff and ensure continuous process improvements. Maintain documentation of errors and provide regular reports to management on qualitytrends. Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to processes and compliance requirements.Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in any stream 2 - 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in background verification or relatedindustry. Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
