As a Diploma Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and hands-on assistance in various stages of our operations, which may include production supervision, quality inspection, machine maintenance, or assisting in design and development. You will work closely with senior engineers and technicians to ensure efficient processes, adherence to quality standards, and smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for diploma holders eager to gain practical industry experience and grow their mechanical engineering expertise.ResponsibilitiesOperational Support:Assist in supervising daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and production targets.Monitor machine performance, identify minor faults, and support troubleshooting activities.Ensure proper utilization of tools, equipment, and raw materials.Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.Quality Control & Inspection:Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges).Identify and report defects or non-conformities, assisting in initial root cause analysis.Ensure adherence to drawing specifications and quality standards.Maintenance Assistance (if applicable):Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment.Support the assembly and installation of mechanical components or systems.Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.Documentation & Reporting:Accurately record production data, quality inspection results, and maintenance logs.Prepare basic reports on daily activities, production output, and identified issues.Maintain organized technical documents, drawings, and records.Safety & Compliance:Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).Technical Drawing & CAD (if applicable):Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.Assist in making minor modifications to existing drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks - basic level).Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, maintenance, and design departments.Actively participate in problem-solving discussions and improvement initiatives.

1. QC Engineer Candidate:* Education - BE / Diploma - Mechanical,*Good Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication Activities, & structural work.*Good Knowledge of QC - ISO welding-related tests- criteria,*Comfortable with Autocad, MS Office, Excel, etc.*Comfortable with English - Mail Writing.* Salary Range - No Bar for Right CandidateExperience 3-5 years.
