Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control & Inspection: Oversee receiving/incoming material inspection, in-process floor audits, and final pre-dispatch inspection (FDI) of precision rumentation & Measurement: Perform dimensional, surface, and hardness checks using instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, profile projectors, and CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines).Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and shop-floor rejections using quality tools (8D Report, 5-Why Analysis, Fishbone/Ishikawa Diagram).Process Capability & Documentation: Monitor process capability ($C_p / C_{pk}$) and prepare key quality documentation including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).Supplier Quality Management: Coordinate with purchase and vendor quality teams to handle supplier non-conformances, issue Corrective Action Reports (CAR), and track vendor quality dardization & 5S: Implement ISO 9001 / IATF standards, lead internal audits, and maintain 5S & Kaizen standards across testing labs and production floors.
