Prepare clear and concise inspection reports.Non-Conforming Material Control: Identify and segregate non-conforming materials and products, following established procedures for rejection and disposition.Calibration and Maintenance of Equipment: Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.Adherence to Quality Procedures: Follow established quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection checklists.Communication of Quality Issues: Communicate quality issues and concerns to supervisors and relevant departments in a timely and effective manner, potentially using Marathi and Hindi for shop floor communication.Participation in Problem Solving: Assist in identifying root causes of quality problems and participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions.Maintaining a Clean Work Area: Ensure the inspection area is clean, organized, and conducive to accurate inspection.
