The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements within the aluminum casting company. This position involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting audits, and implementing improvements to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Quality Control: Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications for aluminum casting products.Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify deviations and ensure adherence to quality requirements.Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality and reliability.Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and recommend corrective actions as needed.Training and Development: Provide training to production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. The candidte having Good Experience in steel processing Industry In Quality. Checking the Incoming Material quality, Inprocess Inspection and Final Inspection of the product manufactured. Should have experience in Steel Industry In Production and Quality. Should be a mechanical Engineer by qualification and having 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Quality .

Candidate should have knowledge of operating Inspection Instruments, Inspection of sheet metal parts, Layout Inspection, First Piece/ Last Piece and Inprocess inspection. Candidate should have understanding of 4M Change, 5S, Poka Yoke, Kaizen etc.

SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, 7QC Tools, Problem Solving 8D Method, FEMA, PPAP documentation Maintain. Line Balancing Method Knowledge for improve productivity.Final Sample Inspection data maintain according to part drawing.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications to identify bugs, issues,and usability problems. Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing(UAT) across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, productmanagers, and business analysts to understand requirements, providefeedback, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Log, track, and manage defects using tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) and workclosely with the development team to resolve issues.
