Millicon Consultant Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in manufacturing and fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, and Reactors for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Refinery sectors, is looking for talented QA & QC Engineers to join our growing team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Ensure fabrication & manufacturing quality of columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.

Perform quality control inspections & activities to ensure compliance with project specs & industry standards.

Develop & implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

Conduct inspections, tests, and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation.

Prepare & manage WPS, PQR, PQP documents (knowledge of EN, ASTM, ASME , Stamp certification is essential).

Monitor subcontractors & suppliers for compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with design & construction teams on quality-related issues.

Conduct audits, oversee ISO documentation, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Train and educate project teams on QA/QC processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency & productivity.

🎓 Requirements

Qualification: Diploma / . / in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.

Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and QA/QC of heavy engineering equipment.

Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO standards.

Strong communication & documentation skills.

Open to learning new techniques and skills.

🕘 Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
