millicon consultant engineers pvt. ltd., a trusted name in manufacturing and fabrication of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and reactors for oil & gas, petrochemicals, and refinery sectors, is looking for talented qa & qc engineers to join our growing team.

🔹 key responsibilities

ensure fabrication & manufacturing quality of columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.

perform quality control inspections & activities to ensure compliance with project specs & industry standards.

develop & implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

conduct inspections, tests, and maintain detailed qa/qc documentation.

prepare & manage wps, pqr, pqp documents (knowledge of en, astm, asme , stamp certification is essential).

monitor subcontractors & suppliers for compliance with quality standards.

collaborate with design & construction teams on quality-related issues.

conduct audits, oversee iso documentation, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

train and educate project teams on qa/qc processes.

identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency & productivity.

🎓 requirements

qualification: diploma / . / in mechanical or related engineering discipline.

experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and qa/qc of heavy engineering equipment.

knowledge of asme, astm, iso standards.

strong communication & documentation skills.

open to learning new techniques and skills.

🕘 working hours

9:00 am - 6:00 pm (day shift)
