Understand route map of each project with operation head.Daily check and update CRM, BIS portal and clients Mails.Take required support from operation head.Assist operation head for preparation and submission of applications, reply of mails.Keep record of all important dates ( like expiry date of report etc.) in the dairy.Coordination with clients, testing lab, vendors and engineers.Identification of clients need and engineer visit, outstanding field and time-management abilities.Reporting of daily activity , number and types of daily problems, number of projects completed etc.Take all approvals in written form and prepare records for future reference.
