Job Description1. Incoming, in process & Final Inspection based on drawing.2. First Part Approval followed by verification of Middle & last part of the batch.3. Train QA Inspectors.4. Prepare and update Quality Alert Note on the Internal & External issue raised.5. Identify nonconforming part to raise MRB & Corrective action plan.6. Maintain all records as per QMS & IATF System.7. Ensure All Calibrated instruments being used on assembly line.

Project Planning: Participate in project planning meetings to understand project goals, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to develop a comprehensive project plan.Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that mechanical systems are installed correctly and according to designspecifications. Identify and address any issues that may affect the quality or progress of the project.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that mechanical installations meet industry standards and project requirements. Perform inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.Coordination with Other Disciplines: Collaborate with civil, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with overall projectrequirements. Address interdisciplinary coordination challenges during construction.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standards on the construction site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly.Construction Management: Oversee the our mechanical service activities on site. Monitor activity progress and ensure it aligns with the project schedule.Material Procurement and Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of mechanical equipment and materials. Manage the storage and distribution of materials on the construction site.Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project plans, drawings, specifications, and change orders. Prepare daily reports on site activities and progress.Problem Resolution: Identify and address technical issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
