QA QC Engineer - Full Time

Develop project quality management plan and implement

Lead the review and approval of Construction Method Statement.

Vendor/ Material qualification

Ensure technical readiness of sub-contractors.

Qualification of key construction materials.

Material testing/ reports

equipment and building material On-site/ off-site inspection

Manage 3rd Party QA to ensure all construction works compliance Indian standards

Coordinate with local Indian Quality Inspection Bureau on all quality inspection issues.

Coordinate with local Indian Quality Inspection Bureau on all quality inspection issues.

Fully understand P&G and design required Quality standard, and deploy to general contractor

Participation in design reviews

Fully understand Design basis/ Specification

Provide inputs to engineering design package during each design review and constructability inputs

Ensure on time Shop drawing submission from contractors

Review and coordinate the approval of shop drawing

Coordinate daily onsite quality activity

Coordinate Quality incident investigation

Non-conformance issues tracking and correction

Weekly and monthly quality reports

PSU/ Punch list completion

Implements and maintains and manages Project document Control System
