We're seeking an experienced Project In Charge to oversee all site activities for our solar plantprojects, including civil, electrical, Balance of System, and management works. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in solar plant projects and will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities: Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and Balance of systems, including:- PV arrays and mounting structures- Inverters and electrical balance of system (EBOS)- Electrical infrastructure, such as substations and transmission lines- Control systems and SCADAEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards, such as IEC and IEEE Manage and coordinate site staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines are metConduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project completionRequirements: 5-7 years of experience in solar plant projects, with a focus on electrical and BOS systems Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and solar plant designExperience with project management software, such as MS Project or PrimaveraExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills: Experience with solar plant design and construction, including PVsyst and AutoCAD Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and IEC Experience with commissioning and testing of solar plant systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Objective: To ensure and assure the management of supplier quality system and the parts of products quality on time.Job Responsibility -:-Execution of Quality Plans of SWREL/Clients at suppliers LocationPerform, attend or witness the quality inspections at suppliers place.Quality Resource control: Plan, monitor and get work done from TPI/GCS QC Engineers, measurement systems, equipments, tools and fixtures to execute quality plans.Drive process improvements & Implement Quality tools.Co-ordinate with customers to carry out smooth Inspection activities.Attend clients quality issues/complaints, do root cause analysis and report it out to client for closure of the sameInteract with local suppliers, labs etc directly on quality issues.Prepare and/or approve Quality documentations like FAI, PDI, MDCC help for speedy quality clearances Bring continuous focus on problem solving and improving process controlsImplement product & process audits - Navigate the quality audits with team, identify NCs and closure of the open-ended elements.Train the Inspectors and operators on Quality extend training support to suppliersManage team of TPI/SWREL QC Engineers, train them and help achieve their quality performance and objectivesQualification & Exp. Required -:-B.E./B.
