Involve assisting clients in buying and selling properties, navigating the real estate market, and facilitating transactions, and also focus on building relationships with clients, identifying potential leads, and representing their interests in negotiations. We are hiring sales executive for our upcoming projects which is Mdda approved project.. we need 10 to 20 sales persons who can handle all sales and leading the project..

Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them through the entire product development lifecycle. Mentor the development team in identifying and resolving complex issues. Gather functional requirements from stakeholders and develop technical specifications. Design and develop scalable solutions, enforce coding guidelines, and perform coding with the Team. Envisioning architectural scheme, information structure, features, functionality and user interface design. Distribute the development work following agile methodology Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the use of best practices. Implement and maintain robust testing processes to guarantee the reliability and stability of the product. Ensure project delivery as per the defined quality standards, acceptance criteria, and schedule. Optimization of database designs and queries on a regular basis Auditing of product security, multiple device support and data protection on regular basis Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and encourage the team to do so.
