1. Managing and leading the project execution team.

4. Managing co ordination of the contactors and other working groups engaged in project work.
5. Managing project deliverable in line with the project line.
6. Recording and managing project issues and suggest way to tackle them.
7. Help or give inputs in resolving cross functional issues or project level.
8. Monitoring project progress and performance with respect to the given specification and budget.
9. Providing status report to the senior management.
10. Liaise with vendor in case of delay in supply of materials and keep the management informed about the same.
11. Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities.
12. Managing project scope, change control and escalating issues where necessary
