minimum 2 years of have hands-on experience in .net web application development and support ( mvc)

make enhancements to the web applications as per requirements and participate in application support/incident management and maintenance activities

communicate with stakeholders regularly on the progress and status of outstanding trouble tickets

understand requirements, application/area related to assigned projects/tasks

mentor and manage junior team members and guide them towards achieving success in meeting slas and deadlines

take ownership of project tasks & modules and contribute independently with minimal supervision

performs analysis of tasks/issues reported & provide technical solutions

independently perform unit/integration testing, support system testing/uat, create deployment/implementation plans

adherence to coding standards and best practices, design, and architecture patterns

understands the application/area as it relates to assigned projects/tasks and integration with other systems

coordinate, collaborate and communicates effectively with stakeholders at offshore and onshore

participate in improvising the processes and assigned applications/projects

stay up to date with industry standard best practices/techniques related to application development
