As an Assistant Manager / Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Officers, driving performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between field teams and internal departments. This is a leadership role for individuals with strong team management skills and a passion for achieving results.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in BFSI
Team Handling Experience: At least 1 year (preferred)
Two-Wheeler: Must own a bike/scooter
Age: Up to 30 years
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage & motivate a team of Sales Officers
Drive team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members
Monitor performance and provide training/coaching where needed
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing
Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance norms
Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and clients
