🧑‍💼 role overview:

as an assistant manager / team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales officers, driving performance, achieving sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination between field teams and internal departments. this is a leadership role for individuals with strong team management skills and a passion for achieving results.

✅ eligibility criteria:

education: graduate (mandatory)

experience: minimum 4 years in sales, preferably in bfsi

team handling experience: at least 1 year (preferred)

two-wheeler: must own a bike/scooter

age: up to 30 years

📋 key responsibilities:

lead, manage & motivate a team of sales officers

drive team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

conduct regular field visits and joint calls with team members

monitor performance and provide training/coaching where needed

coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing

ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance norms

build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, and clients
