Job Description:The candidate should be well versed in Assamese & English with good understanding of grammar and styles -Would be preferable if the candidate is capable of performing voiceovers.The candidate should be able to work on short deadlines and be able to collaborate with various internal team membersMinimum undergraduate with previous experience of at least 3-8 years in content creation with an advertising agency (ATL/digital) or a brand, preferably regional brand - Advanced knowledge of other Indian regional languages will be an added advantageShould have created content for posts/ads/banners for social media in previous roleContractual Role April 2026 Note Candidates need to work on their own laptop after they get selected by the company.

1. Create Engaging Property Videos: Edit and produce high-quality video content showcasing properties, highlighting key features and selling points, to attract potential buyers or renters.2. Client Testimonial Videos: Edit and assemble video testimonials from clients, showcasing their positive experiences with the company's real estate services.3. Virtual Tours: Edit and enhance virtual tours of properties, ensuring smooth transitions and clear visuals to provide an immersive experience for online viewers.4. Social Media Content: Develop short-form videos for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to promote listings, company services, and updates.5. Branding and Consistency: Ensure that all videos align with the companys brand identity, maintaining consistent color schemes, logos, and overall tone throughout all video content.6. Property Marketing Videos: Create promotional videos that showcase new developments, upcoming projects, or neighborhood features to generate interest.7. Video Quality Control: Review and revise video content to ensure it meets the companys standards for quality, clarity, and professional presentation.8. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand the target audience and video needs, ensuring content aligns with business goals.9. Optimize for Different Platforms: Edit videos with different specifications in mind (e.g., aspect ratio, resolution) for various platforms like websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
