I need a person who have a experience in dog food company production, the candidate should have good knowledge about Production Supervisor.

Responsible for overall production of the plant (Sheet Metal, press tools, powder Coating and Packing) Should have good experience as a production manager in Sheet metal components and line management) Must be well versed with cycle time study and manpower efficiency enhancement Must be target oriented with a clear focus to achieve production targets of good quality products, enhance manpower efficiency and solve day to day problems

Responsible for maintaining production flow for rubber and plastic extrusion lines, general production housekeeping and personnel supervision on respective shifts. Monitor quality of parts being produced on respective shifts and ensure that all paperwork is accurately completed. Communicate production and maintenance needs to appropriate departments as necessary.
