Job descriptionWe are Empyres Group, a mining and mineral processing company indulged in manufacturing and trading of products like silica sand, red ochre, limestone, dolomite etc. and we are looking for a Plant Engineer for a Silica Sand processing plant.Job Responsibilities: Assessing the feasibility and the potential for commercial benefit of new sites. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of plant. Training and supervising staff. Liaising with and advising managerial and technical staff. Check and maintain production output of the processing plants. Submit reports on performance and progress of the processing plant. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to maximize the outcome.Requirements: Minimum 2 plus years of experience in similar industry. Experience with various types of Mining and manufacturing machinery and tools. The ability to head a team successfully and resolve issues relating to personnel quickly and efficiently.
