Monitoring the neem fruit drying yard and plant Planning production schedule with management Management of production floor Ensure quality product being dispatched out from the factory Ensure the product is of good quality and quality complaints is to be monitored and ensure corrective action is done Achieve target in production Managing the labor workforce Ensure that proper communication is done and generate reports and submit to head office whenever asked for. Ensure that there is no machine breakdown and ensure smooth functioning of production and achieve target given and submit report of the same to management Ensure updation in stock registry record, daily work sheet and cooley report. Other production aid materials stock and consumption report.
