Knowledge of Rolling Mill Industry with min. of 5 years experience.Establish daily weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity.Responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
