This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities of outlet staff to ensure effective operation and adherence to company standards.Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.Manage inventory levels, place orders, and handle stock control to ensure product availability and minimize waste.Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the outlet.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.Prepare and analyze sales reports, and develop strategies.Implement and uphold customer service standards to provide a positive and engaging experience for customers.Collaborate with other departments to align outlet operations with overall company objectives.QualificationsAny DegreeAge : Min 25 & aboveProven minimum 5+ years experience in a Supervisory/ Sales or Management role within a retail or food service environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Working ConditionsContact - 8925533747 (Roshne)
