If you have a strong background in production management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and efficiency.Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.Collaborate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure adequate materials and resources are available for production.Maintain and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.Monitor and track production metrics, such as production output, efficiency, and downtime, and provide regular reports to management.Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce waste.Foster a culture of safety by promoting and enforcing workplace safety guidelines and procedures.Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production management, implementing innovative techniques and technologies to drive efficiency and productivity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

Location Preference: Surat, Gujarat and Surrounding Areas only.Requirements:Handling all the chemical plants and monitor the production process.Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.Maintaining stocks of RM and FG and coordinating accordingly for ordering.Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring.Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources.Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills:1.
