We are looking for a Mechanical Production Engineer based in Ghaziabad, India, with 2-4 years of experience and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. As a Mechanical Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on the production line.Key responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating, and agreeing on budgets and timescales with clients and managers, ensuring that health and safety regulations are met, and determining quality control standards.The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical knowledge, the ability to work well under pressure, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can demonstrate leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and controlling inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and components while minimizing storage costs. Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency. Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Data Analysis: Analyzing production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as design, procurement, sales, and assembly, to ensure smooth production flow. Quality Control: Ensuring that products meet quality standards throughout the production process. Reporting: Keeping management informed of project status, risks, and any issues that may arise. Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of production planning and control principles and practices. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as SAP PP module. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsible for supervising the shift activities of the production floor.Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine.Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.Handling and maintain the ISO documents.Implementation of &s activities on the production floor.Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.Preparing production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen, 7 QC tools etc.
