Assist in developing production schedules.B.E/Dip(Mech/EEE/ECE) Freshers or Experiences Candidates are Preferred.Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines are met.Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency.Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.Maintain production data and performance records accurately.Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.Participate in training sessions for new team members.Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions.Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production.Assist in cost-reduction projects and efficiency improvements.Prepare reports on production metrics for management.Assembly work and Planning for Production.

- Key Responsibilities:1. Monitor and optimize production processes: The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality in production.2. Troubleshoot production issues: Identify and resolve any production problems that may arise during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.3. Implement cost-effective solutions: Find ways to reduce production costs without compromising on quality standards by implementing innovative solutions and process improvements.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain to coordinate production activities and ensure smooth operations.5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and meet regulatory requirements.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in production or manufacturing.2. 3-9 years of experience in production engineering: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a maximum of 9 years to demonstrate proficiency in production processes.3. Strong problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address production issues effectively.4. Excellent communication and teamwork: Good communication skills are essential for collaborating with different teams and departments to achieve production goals efficiently.5. Knowledge of safety regulations: Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards is necessary to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
