Assist in developing production schedules.B.E/Dip(Mech/EEE/ECE) Freshers or Experiences Candidates are Preferred.Collaborate with teams to ensure project timelines are met.Analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency.Monitor compliance with quality standards and specifications.Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.Maintain production data and performance records accurately.Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.Participate in training sessions for new team members.Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions.Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production.Assist in cost-reduction projects and efficiency improvements.Prepare reports on production metrics for management.Assembly work and Planning for Production.

A production engineer should know circuit board assembling, soldering, wiring, testing, packaging, and designs, optimizes, and oversees production workflows to transform raw materials into finished goods safely and efficiently

- Key Responsibilities:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E): Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in production or manufacturing.2. 3-9 years of experience in production engineering: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, with a maximum of 9 years to demonstrate proficiency in production processes.3. Strong problem-solving skills: The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to identify and address production issues effectively.4. Excellent communication and teamwork: Good communication skills are essential for collaborating with different teams and departments to achieve production goals efficiently.5. Knowledge of safety regulations: Familiarity with occupational health and safety standards is necessary to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.
